Shipping policy

 

We deliver via the carriers you choose in the cart — delivery methods and exact shipping prices are always shown before you complete your order.

When we ship

• Stocked items (Pokémon and collectible products, clearance): dispatched within 2 business days of ordering (for bank transfer, from the moment the payment is credited).
• Made-to-order items (apparel and other printed products): production takes 2–5 business days, after which the goods are handed over to the carrier.

Orders containing both types of items may arrive in several shipments — each item ships as soon as it's ready. You only pay shipping once.

Cash on delivery: the fee depends on the chosen carrier and destination country; the exact amount is shown in the cart.

Damaged shipment: please photograph the parcel and its contents immediately upon receipt and e-mail us within 48 hours at info@stepatmo.cz — we'll resolve it as a priority.
