Refund policy

 

You can return goods within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. The easiest way: log in to your customer account → Orders → Request return. Or e-mail us at info@stepatmo.cz, or use the model withdrawal form.

Return conditions

• Apparel: unworn and unwashed (trying it on is of course fine)
• Sealed collectible products: items with intact factory shrink wrap are taken back with no questions asked. Breaking the seal substantially reduces the product's value — in that case the refunded amount is reduced accordingly; for products with random contents (booster packs) by up to 100% of the price, as their value is consumed by opening.
• Personalised and made-to-order items (e.g. products with a custom name, text or customer-supplied design) cannot be returned (Section 1837 of the Czech Civil Code). This does not apply to our standard catalogue products — those can be returned.

Refunds

Refunds are issued within 14 days of withdrawal using the same payment method you used — but not before we receive the returned goods or you provide proof of their dispatch. We refund the original shipping cost (up to the cheapest delivery option offered); return shipping is paid by you.
